• If no service has been provided (i.e. you withdraw before any work starts), you may be eligible for a refund (subject to deduction of transaction costs), only if requested in writing.
• All payments must be made by the deadlines stipulated in your application agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

• Any personal, academic, or sensitive data you share with us will be used solely for the purpose of providing consultancy and related Services.
• We will not share your data with third parties except where required (e.g. universities, visa authorities) and with your explicit consent.
• You acknowledge that no data-transmission over the internet can be completely secure, and that we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we will take all reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Flybe Overseas acts strictly as a consultancy/facilitator. We are not liable for:
  • Any rejection by universities, visa refusal, or delays caused by external authorities.
  • Any decisions taken by you (course selection, country selection, documentation) based on our guidance.
  • Losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to actions of third parties (universities, embassies, airlines, foreign institutions), or due to your non-compliance with rules.
• Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the fees paid by you for the Services.

8. Intellectual Property & Website Use

• All content on the Website (text, images, logos, graphics, documents) are the intellectual property of Flybe Overseas or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only.
